Q: Are you supposed to take store-bought sliced bread out of the bag when putting it in the bread box?

You can do it either way. I like to leave mine in the bags, but for a crispy crust you can take it out of the bags.

Q: Is this design available in any other colors? I would really like it in white, but I'm not finding it.

Unfortunately it is only available in grey right now, but we do plan to release some more colors very soon, and we will keep this color in mind as a future option. Thank you
