Best sound ever - and for a better price!
I have been looking for some wireless earbuds for a while and I came across these. I decided to get the renewed ones because of the reduced price (I'm a broke college student, I'm sure you understand) and I couldn't be happier! The sound quality is crystal clear and they are very comfortable! They also have multiple sizes for ear-tips, so you can find the one that fits best for you. Pairing is super easy and takes really no time at all, and the battery life is amazing. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with these. If you are looking for a pair of your own wireless earbuds that won't drain your bank account, these bad boys are the way to go. I promise you you will not regret your decision.

Good sound quality, sturdy, and overall a great product.
Bought these due to my JBL headphones being stolen from work. Was looking for something cheap and reasonably decent in order to carry on with until I fancied investing in another.Fast forward to today, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and don't plan to repurchase my JBL headphones.Although the sound quality isn't as good as what I'm used to, I have no complaints at all at the price point (considering these were £30 at the time and my headset £180). Provides decently crisp sound, and good bass. The design is sleek and comes with a plethora of changeable buds.I dropped these out of my locker today (roughly 4 feet). Both buds flew out of the dock and across the locker room upon hitting the floor. Both buds and docking station continue to work without issue. This is what has led me to submit this review. My only quarrel is that the docking station doesn't seem to hold as much charge as advertised (may just be me), and the right ear bud has about half the battery life of the left ear bud. Not the end of the world though. I've only had these bad boys die on me once, and that was down to my own laziness. Thanks!

Great customer service! Good battery!
I recently had the Huawei AM61, and I am not much an of an audiophile, I only use it to listen to lectures, YouTube videos, and anything other than music (I don't listen to music at all, eccentric, but not important). So, my review is about my usage for that purpose. But before that, I had a problem (tl;dr about quality below).I had received first received it and it worked great, until the battery of the right ear bud went out a lot earlier before the left one. Total play time for the right one ranged from 30 minutes to 2 hours, with the majority of running out around 1hr. I contacted the customer support to inform them of that issue, and they initially provided me with tips to help me troubleshoot:1. Cleaning the contacts.2. Using another cable*. (I had used my phone cable C-type instead of the original one when I had charged it, I charged it before using both my phone's "Huawei Super Charging adapter" and my "Belkin USB power strip").3. Check battery life without using it to talk* (as microphones consume battery, clear sound capture, I used it to talk a lot). After troubleshooting, the battery life increased to around 2 hours and 30 minutes; the problem remained. I contacted them and they replied that a replacement unit would be sent to me within 7-10 days (which actually arrived in less than a day! Didn't expect that). The battery life of the new one was flawless, it stayed outside the charging box, with me listening to lectures for around a day and a half (I actual used it for around 6 to 7 hours of YouTube video and talk). To be safe, I charge it from my PC using the cable it came with. I don't know whether the old unit came defective or whether my charging is the culprit. Now for the product itself. As for the sound quality, I mentioned earlier what I use it for. It's flawless for me. But it's worth mentioning that it's mono, so don't expect stereo sound out of it.I believe the noise cancellation is passive, but I can't hear my room mate after putting it on.Comfort-wise, I've got to say it's a difficult fit. It comes with 5 ear bud sizes. The default one seems to be the best, but doesn't block the surroundings for me. I am using slightly larger ones, but it is plugging the ears quite a bit that I can hear my own heart beats. I wouldn't recommend wearing it for too long but my ear could be different (I sometimes feel comfortable wearing different plug sizes for each, like large for left ear and medium for right ear, idk).Microphone is good, it has 4 microphones in it. Works well when I'm using only one ear bud or both of them. If you remain silent for a while then start talking it can pick up the rustling in your environment then it eventually fades (I think it adjusts to your voice somehow? I was using Google Duo).TL;DR+ Had a great experience with the customer service.+ Battery life is great.+ Sound quality is great for me too (YouTube lectures, talking, audio books, podcasts; I don't listen to music). But no stereo, only mono.+ Noise cancellation is good* Comfort is okay. Lots of trial and error there with the different sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL).I'll buy from Anker again. They're great.

Great buy for the price - refurbished
My friends that have Apple ear pods can't tell that I am using ear pods that cost 1/3 the price they paid (even on sale). I now use them for work and personal phone calls, audio books, music, and podcasts. They are not perfect and I'm sure that a higher-priced set would be even better, but for the price of these and the quality (they seem well made and work fine). I am well-pleased.BONUS - I can walk away or move without accidentally pulling the phone off of the counter or table; no more cord entanglement and I can ask Siri to play a tone so I can find my phone if I forget where I laid it while using them (the range and noise-suppression is good enough that I can cook or do housework while using them, which is the other reason I wanted ear pods).
