The hot plate broke first use

Bought 2 of these one had the ceramic plate crack within 10 minutes of use and the other worked for around a week before the ceramic bowl cracked. Used the same heat settings I have always used and changed nothing else about my routine would not purchase again.

Bought as a replacement for my puffco peak, not broken before just wanted a new atomizer. Worked okay not great for a few days, today when it was being used the puffco indicated an issue. After trying everything recommended for troubleshooting I was at a loss. I found the issue once I used the old atomizer (puffco fired right up) to be sure it was the new atomizer. When disassembling I found the cracked hot plate and likely the connection issue my puffco detected. Disappointing as I can’t ship it back as it is and won’t clean it just to return. I was able to find a new atomizer at an adult store though, I would not recommend buying this product.

Looked like puffco but isn’t. Broke after a few uses melted inside. Do t waste your time buy the puffco one.

Doesn’t hold temperature, breaks after a few uses. It would make sense if it cost $5 but considering it only a few dollars cheaper than the puff I brand. It a waste of money

This is a knock off, but it is a quality one. There is a flaw in the design. There is no lip on the bottom of the ceramic cup, which allows it to slide around and move when you clean it. If you aren't careful, it's going to damage the ceramic heating element and lead to the bad reviews you see. If they fixed this flaw, it would be worthy of 4 stars.
