Help with building muscle
To maximize muscle pumps result,mix it with Pump which i always do. I have taken a second container of it, it really help to increase muscle mass and delays and diminishes muscle soreness and it helps to maintain the pumped muscles naturally to avoid depletions. It tastes Ok, not sweet to me and my stomach digestion is ok after taking it. I usually take it as a pre workout drink but now i take it as intra workout drink Why? Because it keeps me hydrated and unfatigue after many sets and reps when i am doing HIIT and super sets. And i think it works as good as bcaa. I will keep ordering it

Tastes Horrible/overly sweet
They add very strong flavouring to mask some of the bitterness of some of the amino acids. It is barely palatable and I cringe every time I takes a couple of gulps. Not sure I am going to be able to continue with this.

Poor taste
I did not like the taste. It is very chalky and over powering. Also, the amount of carbs, per scoop is accurate but the scoop is very large, so it is decieving. You can achieve the same amount of carbs by using Gatorade. I wouldn’t buy again. I’ll likely dump it.

Why is this so sweet?!
My go-to carb. supplement is getting to expensive to ship from the UK so I opted to try something different. I used half the recommended dosage and it's too sweet for my taste in a 750 ml bottle. It doesn't dissolve as easily as my previous supplement. It just kinda of floats on top until you stir or shake it up. The sweetness makes you want to brush your teeth. It says it has 0 grams of sugar but has Sucralose (an artificial sweetener). I wish all these companies would make sugarless products... at the end of a ride you feel like you went to the candy store.

Drink during workout. Not before. Not after.
My goodness, many people are reviewing this product and don't have the slightest idea what it's intended use is.This is NOT a pre workout.This is NOT for pumps.This is NOT for recovery.You don't want to smash this prior to working out.You shouldn't be sipping this throughout the day if you're sitting at a desk.This is an intra workout drink.Look at the ingredients. It is cluster dextrin. It's a CARB drink. When you're lifting longer than 30 or 40 minutes...this is a source of energy.There are electrolytes in here but if you're looking for a stand alone electrolyte drink...this is not what you should be buying... Unless you don't mind 25grams of carbs.And remember, a single scoop of this stuff is TWO servings. You need to use half a scoop.I hope this helps y'all get more gains! 4 stars because it is good but it is not the best.
