Replaces lost peeler blade for apple peeling & coring machine (not Victorio brand). Stainless steel. Plenty sharp, on one side only. Some reviews said the one they received was dull and wouldn't peel an apple. This makes me wonder if they put it on upside down? At any rate, it works fine on our hand-cranked little machine. It seems a little over-priced, but made our thrift-store purchased machine work like new.
