My kids think it's a towel, but it's the best blanket I've ever owned. Very much like a hospital blanket but better in my opinion. It is comfy and light weight enough to where I'm not sweating but can keep me warm when I'm cold. Highly recommend, it also has held up very well in the wash, and dog/cat/kids have all tried to steal it from me but it has stayed in perfect condition.

Not as soft as I expected. I understand the point behind the knitting is to not hold too much heat, which I love but I find myself having to use a second blanket to hold more heat on occasion. Generally speaking, worth buying as a quilt.

this blanket is thin but is not soft cotton....slightly rough. do not recommend. unless maybe for outside.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. It's not too thin as some have said in their review of this blanket. It reminds me of the blankets that were on the beds at my grandmother's house in Canada that I used to visit as a child, back in the 1960"s. It's not overly stiff yet I imagine that this blanket will only get softer with age. Like a fine wine, this blanket will age to perfection. Another feature that I appreciate is that my jewelry won't catch the threads and snag it. I also have a cat that likes to snuggle up with us. I'm not worried about her damaging it but time will tell. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Hey, for 30 bucks, you can't go wrong.

This blanket is exactly what it is advertised to be, a hospital blanket. is the perfect weight and is warm. It came through the wash very nicely. I would buy this again.
