Very Happy
These springs get a major workout at our store. We are very active on weekends especially and we go in and out of these doors a lot. These hinges are good and strong and actually will outlast the doors. I will need to replace the door soon but not the springs. Easy to install too.

Screws will rust.
Installed over a year ago. Hinges work and look great. Screws provided have rusted and are not stainless steel.

stiff and hard to swing
oiled up and installed correctly , tightened correctly but it gets stiffen up after a while , and don't swing as it should . you must lubricate and calibrate those every now and then.

Door hinges for saloon type swinging doors..
Oh this double action hinge is just what I needed to use.. I needed something that allowed my mini door to swing both ways. .coming and going.. so I looked here on Amazon and they had just what I needed.. and they work.. They are a strong hinge based to last.. Thank You Amazon..

Cafe door hinges might be better for heavier doors.
