Decent for the price
Works great. The volume at maximum on my radio seems to be a lot higher than other ear pieces I've had.I'm not sure about long term durability compared to more expensive brands, but it has worked great so far. I've used otto brand ear pieces in the past and it's comparable in function to this earpiece.

It started out great...
After about a month of use I noticed that the speaker volume wasn't as loud as it was the day I bought it. It took me another month to figure out that it's somewhere in the speaker area where the tube meets the speaker. The connection doesn't feel tight and any slight movement muffles the sound.

In the National Guard and I got 6 of these ...
In the National Guard and I got 6 of these for my squad leaders, psg, and myself for annual training. We looked high speed and none of them malfunctioned during missions.

Very good product. Although I've had it for about 6 months and the earpiece is deteriorating.
