Fantastic product for the price. Yes, the frames and tiles are a lightweight plastic, which feels way cheaper than solid wood, but the frame mats alone make this set worth it, and once it's up on the wall, it looks great and you can't tell.I bought two sets and used the picture frames from both so I could spell out "family" all the way across with a row of frames above and below. The frame template was easy to use, even with my modification, and it made hanging all the pieces up super easy.

This was an incredible value to display some family photos on a large blank wall In our home. I had no idea what to put on this wall, and was on a tight budget. the letters do feel a bit cheap and flimsy, but no one is going to be holding them. It did not come with hanging hardware. There's a few different ways you can hang the set, my husband accidentally put up the "family" letters different than i had envisioned, but i actually like it better. I am very happy with it!My original package arrived with a broken frame and Amazon shipped me a new one with one day shipping! Very convenient!

Came in on time but it came with the letters "F A F I L Y" it was missing the "M''. Really inconvenient since it was for Christmas wouldn't do it again if I had the choice.

Plastic frames. Cheap plastic! Several of mine came broken. Not the best quality - you especially see it when you insert the pictures. I do like the mats, and the overall look when on the wall in my bathroom. I would not use in any other room, as I prefer wood frames. I thought they were wood as the description at the time of purchase stated "these superior quality wooden frames are finished in classic black", so I was disappointed when I got them. You get what you pay for, but for the price and my purpose, they are OK. I am only using the blank frames.

I really love this frame set. The retro colors/style are a perfect complement to my otherwise fairly modern home. The colors pop and really brings my whole wall of pictures together. The frames are very well made and sturdy. The whole thing looks really, really good and I'm tempted to buy another set for my upstairs wall!

I was looking for something to put on one of our blank walls (recently moved to a new place) and this one fits the bill and looks great! Not very difficult to put together either

I love this. Yes, the letter tiles are made of a very lightweight & cheap plastic but for the price you pay, it's worth it. The frames have a little heavier feel to them, a couple of the back fasteners broke, but it wasn't that big of a deal... no problems came of it. But, all in all, no matter how cheap they feel, the product looks very nice and not the least bit "cheap" hanging on my wall. Love it!

I received the piece F twice, missing the i in order to complete the word :( So bad, now i could not decorate my wall without the i.
