Practical book on responsible management with case studies and critical insights
I really like this book. Practicioners who are interested in modern practices on responsible management as well as Sustainability Developmental Goals (SDGs) will most probably be interested in reading this book.Readers can gain knowledge of why responsible managemet is important espeially nowadays and how the responsible management principles and the SDGs can be integrated into practices. I particularly liked chapter 12 - Innovating - which provides an easy to read introduction into innovation and walked through examples and case studies, including social innovation and use sustainability as innovation. The book is very well written and has a clear structure. Each chapter has clear learning objectives, which are helpful for self-study. Photos in colour along with descriptions of the photos guide the reader nicely through the chapters.I give this book 5 stars.

Disappointing
The author presents ideas as fact without sufficient evidence to back them up. The use of arbitrarily cobbled-together frameworks to try to explain any phenomena discussed only serves to further undermine its credibility and the value of this publication to the field. There is a sense that the author tries to explain simple concepts in an unnecessarily complicated manner, for a discipline that intends to be practical, making it sound pretentious.

Future of management: great book for managers and academics
I had high expectations with this book as I could listen to Professor Laasch few days before it was published. My expectations was attended! The book should be read for all managers who already realized that the corporative world has changed and the sucessfull managers would be the ones aligned to "responsible management principles" discussed in the book. The book has been very usefull for my PHD but also for my consulting work . I am glad I got the Kindle version which gave me access to the book quickly. Congrats professor for the great work.

Excellent textbook for students but also for managers
I know Oliver Laasch. He is great academic scientist with an excellent sense of practice. The textbook is valid both for students and managers

Diagrams unreadable
Trying to use the book on the kindle app specifically for an assignment and none of the diagrams are big enough to read through the app, even when zoomed in. If you need it for the diagrams, buy a hard copy.
