The photograph must have used a small model as the mask is not man sized. Also very thin with little gel filling. In order to make contact with the eye area it needs to be pressed to the face, digging a line into the bridge of the nose.

Product took 11 days to arrive..This product will not do what it states. Very small in size, contains hardly any gel, & looks very cheaply made, has a thin piece of elastic to hold in place, which is not adjustable, & very flimsy.. The price they are charging for this is not justified, I would say you would expect to see this for sale for £1.00 at the most, in a discount shop..As the product took so long to come, I had purchased on from TK Maxx, for £4.99, which is twice the size, containing sufficient gel to allow to cool in the fridge.Very disappointed with this product, & would not use this company again. Total rip off..

Cheap rubbish - VERY disappointed, it's not worth the money. Very little gel and the band to attach it to your head is flimsy and pathetic. A rip-off

Bonjour, je viens de recevoir le masque gel pour les yeux . il n'est malheureusement pas accompagné d'une notice explicative concernant la manière de chauffer le gel: Peut-on le chauffer au micro-onde ou bien doit-on le tremper dans un récipient d'eau chaude .Merci de me préciser quelle est la bonne procédure;Jean-Claude WATRIN

Je m'attendais à un masque qui couvre largement autour des yeux et les tempes. La taille de ce produit est ridicule. Je l'ai retourné immédiatement.
