My mom used them for her swollen feet and ankles. They’re very easy for her to put on and that’s what we were looking for. She is 91 years old.

Having a sprained knee is no fun, and getting an ice pack to stay put isn't either! This strapped ice pack is the trick! When out of the freezer it is verrrry cold, so be sure to wrap it in a small towel and not lay it directly on your skin, but it works great. Directions say to leave it about 15 minutes, which I did, and I felt immediate relief.

Nice wide gel pad, good coverage.I wish the straps didn’t bite at the most inconvenient places though: i wrap it around my knee, the back of my knee gets irritated on the edge of the strap. Same with my shoulder/underarm

We love the straps - no need to try to hold it in place.

Good but they do not last long if you use them in the microwave. I have them set at 90 seconds on low after a month of daily use they start leaking. This is my third set, and all have done this, if you do microwave them at a lower time they will not heat up. Better in the freezer.

Great price and good quality. Very soft when frozen feels nice when laying on them.

these are just the right size to place in the crook between my neck and shoulder... love them...
