Saddens me to report that such a beautiful cable with the handy little LED had failed after nearly a year of use. Not constant I have multiple cables for different areas and uses. This one mainly connected my aftermarket radio to my phone. Heart breaking because the LED at night was so useful to make sure there was a solid connection and marked the time of its death.Having said that I do not believe it had the proper chipset to be Apple approved and thus lost connection internally. When plugged in if it is touched in the slightest bit it will disconnect while remaining attached.RIP

I love these charger cords. I love how it has a little light on it to show that it's charging. I also love that the plug is small enough that you can charge your phone without having to take the case off of my phone. A lot of chargers are too thick to fit thru the hole cut in the case where the charger port is and it's SO ANNOYING. I have a lot of cases for my iPhone and I've never had to remove any of them to charge my phone. I bought 2 of them, 1 for the car and 1 for home. They are still working well. Definitely great quality for a charger.Update: June 2018. I’ve had 2 of these chargers for just over a year and one of them just started to say “this accessory may not be supported”. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one NO QUESTIONS ASKED. The chargers lasted over a year and the customer service of wonderful! Would definitely purchase again!

The first cable I bought lasted only a few weeks. After I complained about it, a representative from the company contacted me and offered to replace it for free of charge. This replacement seems good so far and hasn’t given me any problems. I like that it doesn’t get tangled easily like some other cords when I rolled it up. The cable is long enough for me to use my phone comfortably while I’m charging it. It charges faster than the original charger that came with my phone. The only thing is that this won’t fit into the USB cigarette lighter adapter so it’s good if you don’t plan to use it as a charger in your car.

Product looks tough, but it stopped working after 6 months without any show of distress.

It looks very stylish and at first it worked really good. But on the third week it just stoped charging my I-pad and my I-phone. The small LED light it has, still goes on but it just wont charge any of my devices. I dont recomend this lightning cable at all, now keep in mind this cable was not abused it just sat on my desk and thats where I charge all my devices. Update 11/9/17 after doing the first review the company contacted me and replaced the lightning cable for me at no charge which made me believe in the company again. I can’t give it five stars because of the first cable but three stars is better than the one star I originally gave it.

Bought this to replace an actual apple cord that finally shorted out. After trying several different brands, I've been really happy with how this has held up. It's long enough to reach about anywhere. And it always works. The ends seem to be made to eliminate the shorts or breaks that other cords always end up getting. If I could only find one thing to complain about, it would be the LED light on the cord. At night, i have to make sure the light is down because it's bright and i don't like the light shining in my eyes, but i have to have total darkness to sleep. I just put the phone face down with the light on my night stand facing down and problem solved. Very happy with how long these have lasted.

This is a good cable, but if you are really looking for a helpful light on the end, this is not the cable you want. I finally found a great one at BestBuy. It is has "Platinum LED" in its name. You can find them on their site or in store. Works perfectly, although not as long so I just use a USB extension cable with it that I bought here on amazon.

Ok...it seemed like good quality at first. But after a few months I picked it up one day and the Lightning tip was torn up. I honestly don’t know how it happened, but in case someone stepped on, I don’t want to give 1 star. But if it happens to you too, then you know it’s common. See photos. (Also comes with this bizarre burlap travel case...it’s a USB cable!!)
