Perfect Beautiful Finish No Defects
I was initially a bit concerned about ordering due to some review regarding chips on the lid finish. But, the price was right. 25% of best known brand and Lodge is well known for it's quality. Have no fear. The fact that the enameled Lodge products are Chinese made is NO problem. This item is flawless and well packed. The color is very even. Just beautiful and more even than the photo would have you think.The lid fits perfectly, very heavy and tight. i'm totally happy with this Dutch Oven.

Excellent
After commencing my sourdough era, I needed a good durable and high heat resistant cast iron. Safe to stay I am in love and not only with the beautiful blue but it is built to last!

It's gorgeous
We bought this because Wirecutter (which my spouse has become a huge fan of) said it was the best of the many different, very similar, enamelled cast iron pots. Oh, and the 6-quart size is perfect - big enough for pots of soup, not too big. After buying it, we saw that Costco was selling a very similar set from a different manufacturer, with two pots for about the same price as this one pot. But, there are subtleties about the shapes of the sides and such - the Costco ones were more "squared off", with a flatter bottom and more vertical sides, so I don't regret getting this one. For some reason, the "Cornflower" colour was cheaper when I was looking and I really like it, it's really striking. We are using it on a regular basis and my spouse is happy with it... which means I am, too!

I bought the discounted warehouse special. The review is for the item only.The cornflower blue is beautiful. The item itself looks beautiful. The stainless steel knob is nice looking and the size is perfect. The handles are wide. I would have kept it but the deficiency was a noticeable chip on the lid that was not worth the discount. The rubber clips weren't even attached to the pot to protect from chips when it arrived. Someone returned it like so and they sent it out just like that.
