The top itself is fine and the features are great. It is the execution and quality control that makes this horrible. There were no instructions included anywhere with the product. I was able to find them online but it was not easy. The instructions are awful. Everything is very vague and not specific. It also tells you to do things out of order. It told me to zip, strap and secure everything before inserting the rear widow bar into the channels to close it. This makes it entirely too tight and pops out of the channel which leaves a gap when closing the tail gate. The squared ends of the rear window bar are not secured or attached to the bar with anything besides just being clipped on. They slide on and off which add too many steps to line these up or make sure they did not fall of when opening/closing the window. Not to mention, they could get lost by falling off and not noticing. I added some RTV silicone to them to secure them and it held for about a month but they are starting to come off again. There's no reason why these could not be attached or just be a part of the bar itself. No reason for these to be detachable at all. It is also almost impossible to tuck the plastic edge into the body tub for the quarter windows after everything is attached and tightened. Much easier to leave everything attached but loose before these steps. Once I got everything installed there were huge gaps all over the place. The front bar was slightly bent so one side of the front of the top didn't even contact the bar it is supposed to rest on. Once I got this bar straightened out, the two sides did match up but there are still gaps between the jeep and the top where there is no bracket or water seal to keep water out when it rains or to wash the car. There are also large gaps where the corners of the rear window meets the Jeep. There is not even weather seal to mate with the Jeep's existing seal. I had to go to Home Depot to get some foam weather stripping and seal up the gaps, which I was able to do and get a very good seal, but this should not be needed on a top that costs almost $1000. I also contacted the manufacturer about these issues with pictures to see if they had any recommendation or information for fitment/installation and they never responded to me. Overall, once I got everything sealed up and installed, it is a nice top but should not have these issues in the first place. The quality control, fitment issues, lack of instructions included & terrible instructions once you can find them, along with the nonexistent customer service, take this potentially 4/5 star product and turn it into a 1 star.*Update 2/10/22The top is now lifting up on the passenger side while on the highway. To the point where not only is the noise unbearable, but I can feel air passing through and see light coming through the gap when I move the sun visor out of the way. This is the same side that there is a huge gap on above the door. Something is either misaligned on this top or it keeps getting bent or something when opening and closing or when opened during travel since the retainer strap is only on the driver side. I contacted support about the gap on the passenger side. I got zero response to my first message and finally got a replay after about a month on the second message with a copout response, of that's how it is supposed to be. I have a really hard time believing the product was designed to have huge gaps where water can easily enter.
