It works for what it’s intended to be, but having silicone-based has pros and cons.As for the pros, it does last a long time, and unlike water-based lubes that lose slipperiness due to evaporation, the silicone will last a bit longer. You can even stop for a minute and go back to it and it still has lubrication.Another pro is that it will be toy-safe and won’t degrade the material of the toy.A potential con is that the actual lubrication is not as slippery as some. This is not a deal killer, as the amount of lubrication or “slipperiness” is one of personal taste.As for full, unmitigated cons, once you are done, you can’t just wipe it off, nor does it come off with water. You need to use soap to get it off you. I’m not a fan of this. However, I’m not going to penalize this product for this, because it’s inherent in all silicone lubricants, not just this one. This one is about average for such products.

I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. As someone who has tried many different types of lubricants, this one truly stands out as a top contender. First and foremost, the texture of this lube is amazing. It has a silky smooth feel that is not greasy or sticky like some other silicone lubes I have tried. I cannot over-stress this point to you. If you use lubes & I assume you would not bother reading this if you did not use them, then let me tell you this really is different. Lots of lubes are really sticky & everything you touch is sticky & in the end, you get little pieces of lube stuck to you all over. This does not do that & it actually works keeping the lube doing what it is supposed to. Now it does last a little bit but depending on what is going on you will use more as you go but they all are this way. I would recommend this to any person who uses lube I can't see you not being happy with it.

I had to test this out several times in order to write a fair and honest review. As a senior citizen (late 60's), I've been around the block a time or two and used many different lubes over the decades. This one ranks right up there. I like the container it comes in and I believe it would be suitable for travel as well. I would just throw some extra tape over the top and pack it well in a good plastic bag. At 4 ounces, this is a checked bag item.Lasts a long time. I used half a little blue pill to test this out. No issues with stickiness or dryness and did not require an additional application.So it's a pretty good silicone lube but nothing really stands out about it. I do think the price is a little high for the quantity you get compared to other competing offers, but it's a good product just the same.
