......but I love them. This was the complete package I was looking for to use on my morning workouts/stretching. Each weight size is really well spaced out so I can go a little more intense if I need to or tone it down for a casual day.The bag it comes is makes it easy to pack up and put away till the next time you need them, and it also included a small little booklet in there to give you some ideas for extra exercises that you might not have thought of yourself.The price is perfect. I mostly wanted them for the Resistance Bands but ended up using the loop bands a lot.I only gave the Range of Motion a 4 out of 5 because I am 6'8" tall and don't really feel like they stretch as far as I would like them to with some of my routine.

Bands are made well. Used for Physical Terapy exercise.

The bands are great and both types are color coded and have strengths stamped on them. The book however has very small pictures and is hard to visualize.

I was fearful that these wild be very thin; but they are quality bands. Hoping they last!

At 65 it’s time to get back into shape.

Everything was just as I expect it. I liked it very much.

Great value for doing Stretching exercise

These are basic fare. Work fine. There was a nice quality carrying pouch included I use up at the gym. Very handy. I would buy again, and am very happy with this purchase.
