Muy recomendable
Excelente video, muy claro. De inmediato se percibe el trabajo con el Qi (llevo ya años practicando, pero me parece claro también para principiantes). Gracias

A great Tai Chi Stick / Ruler
There is a few things you need to know about this Tai Chi Ruler (Chih). This is a bit longer than a Tai Chi Ruler (Chih) it is more like a combination of a Tai Chi Ruler (Chih) and a Tai Chi Stick (Bang). The Tai Chi Ruler is more wider at each ends while thinner in the middle and lighter, it's about 10 to 11 inches in length and held with the palms on each end.The Tai Chi Stick (Bang) is more thicker, and it's also 12 to 13 inches long. It can be held by the palm at each end just like a Tai Chi Ruler, but it also can be used in regards to more movement in gripping exercises. This strengthens the hands, wrists and forearms.I knew this was going to be a combination of both the Tai Chi Ruler and Tai Chi Stick. This is a good thing as if you want to learn both, you can do so with this.As you can see in the picture that I took, the one I got looks great. It did not have any dust in the package it came in, but I did wash it with some mild soap and water. If I want to be really overcritical, there is a tiny bit of unfinished part in creases where the middle "ball" part is... again... not a big deal to me. The ends are a bit unfinished, not that rough which is great, because you don't want to the ends to be too slippery. Also, Tai Chi Stick (bang) are suppose to be not 100% slick, so you can grip it, and this is. The only thing that I may do, is use some wood oil to seal the creases in the middle that are unfinished.. just to protect that part a bit.For the price, you can get a better ruler / stick unless you make one yourself. - Tom

Packaging disappointment
I bought this product for my Qigong class. It was what I expected according to the advertising, which was accurate. The packaging was terrible! Upon opening and removing the product, a brown smear and stain was all over my hands. The product was coated in a dusty substance and came in a PLASTIC bag! Poor choice for this item. I will need to clean it and find a better fabric to protect the product. The crafted, round ends of the product were not as smooth as the the rest of the product. I will need to sand them to get a smoother use. Glad to get it, but sad it came so soiled in appearance.
