I did not get this for medical use, I got it for a home-remodelling job- so as not to get my clothes too dirty, and the sleeves- they are not too tight but tight enough so I can push them up and protect my clothes. This is very good. It's NOT expensively made (but will last- no rips even with a lot of things that should rip clothing- carrying, construction-ish things etc.) and it is a great dust and splash guard- AND it's a good over layer when you can't wear a jacket- I'm doing a re-model thing in the Dead of Winter. I would prefer a Tyvek jacket but those are only sold by the case. Whereas this washes and is reusable. I'm happy with it, and recommend it for well beyond a medical warm up. It's a great durable low cost all over layer cover for deep cleaning and house project and other 'dirty work'.

The jacket I received was Angelstat, not the PerforMAX, so cannot comment on that. The jacket I received is well put together and seems sturdy. I have had very few poor quality scrubs from Medline. They all hold up really well to wear and tear from hospital work and washing. The company was very nice and stated they would refund my money for the jacket, since the one I got in the mail was not the one shown in the description. They stated they did not have the jacket in PerforMAX fabric.

Based on other reviews I purchased a size smaller than I usually wear. I fits perfectly. Durable and true navy color. I would purchase this again. The only thing I had to get used to is that the pockets are a little higher than my other jackets. Fast shipping and packaged well.
