I purchased this for storing my extra shoes. It was very easy to assemble. It’s light and does the job. I would recommend for shoes or other light items. If you store a lot of heavy items it might tip over. The top is not sturdy for anything heavy. It’s made of a thin plastic that won’t hold heavy items.

If it gets unbalanced, it will have a gangster lean and potentially fall. It holds a lot of my shoes and I stack my clothes baskets on the top. It isn't the prettiest sight in the world and it isn't very durable for a busy area so I wouldn't recommend in a mud room or entrance way, but it works perfectly in my low to no traffic basement. Only been knocked over by my psycho kittens 2x

It’s not as sturdy as I hoped, but it does the job. Put it together without a problem. It’s lightweight and able to move it easily. So far it’s holding up well.

Wish it was bit more heavy duty. My husband and I put it together pretty quickly. Organizes our farm shoes and boots in the garage just like I'd hoped!

Putting this together was a Pain! It was time consuming and frustrating lining up the tube/bars! I felt like it was going to be more sturdy than it is, but is holding up on our garage for outside shoes.

I was honestly pretty nervous buying this shoe rack after reading the reviews but the price was right and I needed one quickly so I decided to give it a try. The instructions aren't very clear and they did take some intuition to figure out but I eventually got it together. The biggest advice I can give is get yourself a real rubber mallet. I'm lucky enough to live near my very handy father who saw me trying to put this together with the little toy wooden mallet this thing came with. He laughed and got his real mallet out of his tool box, and boy what a difference it made when I used that! It was so much sturdier! The shoe rack would have never lasted a week in my house with all my kids if I had continued to use the one included. Take the time and invest in a real rubber tipped mallet if you're going to buy this rack. It won't last if you don't.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to assemble and how sturdy it ended up being. We have at least seven pairs of shoes on it plus household paper products that we usually store on the floor in the garage. Perfect for the garage and our needs. Could definitely be used in closets.

Only thing I didn't care for was putting it together!

I'm very happy with this dish rack, it's so handy to have for your kitchen. I'm a little disapointed that mine only came 4 hooks, but otherwise I'm glad I ordered one.
