Good quality picture, even over a 75 metre Cat5e cable.It occasionally needs resetting by power cycling as picture can become a little jumpy.Perfect for me though as I use for Karaoke second screenA good, cheap device which is easy to use

I purchased this to connect my skyq box which is in the attic(Bungalow) to another room which I recently renovated. I had ran 2 runs of cat5E cable to the TV in conduit. 1 for TV and second for sky box. Easier than trying to get HDMI down the conduit. It was simple to connect and worked straight away . I used a HDMI splitter so now have sky to 2 TVs.

Unfortunately this product did not meet expectations. Whilst it was perfectly simple to set up and install into our current tv system, in use the picture and sound started to intermittently cut out for three or four seconds at a time - which was more than a little annoying and unsettling. Yes, this particular product is small and unobtrusive by comparison with our, at least ten year-old, rather clunky system, when we reversed the process and reinstated the old extenders there was no interference or cutting out at all. So much for updating to more modern technology... in this case it wasn't worth the bother.

Worked perfectly very pleased

This does not do what it is advertised to do. I used excel full copper cat5e cable at a distance of 45m. Also used quality crimps, I have been a network engineer since 2001 all connections were good end to end without joints or modules, just cable and rj45 plugs. I had to drop the resolution to 720p for it to work. SO EMBARRASSING in front of the customer.
