Works Great & Fast
Works surprisingly fast!To put the tray size in perspective, it will heat up one ramen pack.There are two such trays. You can also replace a tray to hard boil eggs.Clean up is quite easy too.

My working buddy
My company have breakout room but dont have microwave, so i bought this one to keep my food warm. Really convenient. You can see the size of it in the picture. Perfect size and lightweight to carry around. It has 2 layers, the bottom one is for rice, the top one is for my food. From now, it is my working buddy. Cant go to work without it.

Didn’t work
Didn’t turn on, so disappointed I took it to warm up my food and didn’t work. It was a delicious salmon and it got spoiled. I paid $20 for my salmon.Can you send me a new one and reimburse me for my salmon?

Convenience
Use it for a few times. Very convenient. Easy too clean. Container is small for a big eater like me. The water cup that comes with it is also too small to fill. So I need to bring the base itself to fill enough water to make sure it won't dry out in the middle of cooking. Overall good product.

it has nice looking design. Product comes with heat insulation bag. Keep the food stay warm for long period time.

Good Idea...Not Practical
The package came missing the spoon and the fork, not a big deal, but the size was disappointing if you crave for more calories! One more thing that I didn't like is that there is no room in the bag to add other stuff like fruits, veggies, and water bottle, and wished they add like side pockets or make the bag bigger. Used it once to warm up my lunch, followed the instructions, but didn't really got that hot as advertised. Returned hoping to get it again if they make some improvements.

Nice heated lunch box. The design is nice and the material is very strong. It heats up very quickly. It is a heated lunch box that I recommend.

Can cook raw meat
I was able to cook 2 raw drumsticks,plus the sides. The only thing to mention is the light will cut off when it needs more water ,but not a big deal.Soon as you add water ,your back in business.I love this machine,it's gonna be a great help with eating healthy.Thank you to the manufacturer.
