Q: What are actual dimensions? it shows as 18w x17.5h x 6d, but from the picture, it looks like a rectangle rather than a box, so the 18 w is suspect.

Thank you for your question. The bags is 18" when flat, when expanded it measures 12" wide 6" deep and 17.5" tall. We have corrected our information to more accurately describe the product.

Q: Can the material be bleached?

You may have to negate the wax first, but you can bleach out canvas, then using another waxing product, reapply

Q: How long are the handles on this?

Handles measure 4" from the edge of the bag to the top of the handle.

Q: What is the kind of wax that was used in production of this bag?

I don’t know but it’s not sticky or icky. I cannot feel the waxy stuff. I carry things in it and it’s fine
