Definitely what I expected. My cup came with a chip in it but I decided to just keep it.

This is a beautiful and elegant set. Very quality product and cute box too!

The media could not be loaded.  I choose these mugs because I liked that they came in a nice box. The box came scratched and dented. Inside the fabric is fraying and there are spots that the fabric does not completely cover the styrofoam. The mugs are dirty looking. Additionally, the kids are just porcelain covers, they don’t have any rubber or anything to act as an actual seal.

Product comes in a gift box and we planned on giving it as a gift. However, the gift box (which I consider part of the product) came damaged as in pictures. This will look terrible as a gift. The mugs themselves seem nice and good quality, but without the box it's no gift.
