Stays frozen and keeps products cold for hours. Was pleasently surprised with performance. Doesn't take long to freeze and keeps frozen for hours. Took with me on 3hr flight with 1 he layover.

I like that the product is acceptable for traveling. However, one of my chill packs was busted since I needed one of them right away I can't return the 3 chill pack items.

Bag interior was wet and ice packs had a slippery substance on them. The paper label on the inside had a mold spot about the size of a dime. I needed up rinsing the ice packs and found no leaks so I kept the packs. They are not too big
