Good workout for beginners
My workout regimen usually involves circuit training and HIIT. Hence, I feel that the workout given in this book is simple and doable. Having said that, I still continue to do most of the exercises given in this book because they give me a sense of staying fit. I believe that the workout given in this book is really good for beginners to build up muscle strength and tone their body. All these exercises are simple and yet, focus on strengthening most of the muscles in the body. Moreover, the only advanced equipment these exercises require is a pair of dumbbells, which is easy to find and use.I would definitely want to see more exercises from the author in the forthcoming editions.

Very effective workouts.
Many of us don't have time to go to gym for workout. But, this book proves that you can workout in your own four walls. All you need is your own body and the motivation to follow a simple but effective 15 minute workout three to four times a week. This book contains special workout for every important muscle group as well as full body, upper- and lower body workouts. We can easily follow all workouts as they are explained with the help of pictures.

I like this book because it’s very useful. I find it effective because the workout can be perform at home and also I like it because it is easy to follow the steps and all the tips in working. This is a great new especially for those who want to work out at home. It would be efficient and would help us to save our money instead of going to gym. The book contains movements using mostly of the things present inside one's own home that will be very helpful on the routines suggested. It is definitely a useful book for everyone who wants to improve their physique.

It is really hard to lose weight nowadays not only because eating is such a great experience but also working out isn't just tedious but also take a lot of time and most people are busy especially me who has a business to attend to a job as an employee and a family. So this kind of book is really a big help for people like me. I liked how it is done at the comforts of my home and very easy and quick.

Great book for people who work from home!
I don't have much free time to go to the gym anymore. Working from home and having small children makes it incredibly difficult to find the free time to go to the gym. I was looking for some guidance on how to work out at home without spending a bunch of money on equipment. This book really helped me understand what my options are. I recommend it for people who have similar situations as myself!
