It’s not exactly leakproof since my now 15 month old discovered how to turn it upside down & press it on the table or whatever surfaces he can get his hands on lol.(he learned it from watching others at daycare, which is inevitable) I laugh now because he doesn’t know any better & just thinks it’s funny… but when he does use it, he loves to drink out of it & it is easy for him to drink from. I use this for his water for daycare & I keep it in his diaper bag when we are out & about. (I have 3 of these; different designs) I just have to keep an eye on him & usually put on his silicone bib to catch any water spillage from his mouth, since he gulps it down like a little monster. I find it is easy to clean, but I use a bottle brush with the sponge at the end & a little nipple brush to clean the inside of the spout. It wouldn’t be easy to clean with just a regular sponge. I clean his bottle everyday even though it is water, especially since food & whatnot can get stuck in the crevices at daycare. I work at my son’s daycare & I’ve seen how easily these things can accumulate mold because parents don’t realize they need to wash their kids’ stuff everyday even if it is used for water.

very good product and these are the only bottles and tops i buy always. the only problem is that my son loves chewing on the nipple because its rubber so he breaks the hole even more and starts leaking when he tips it into his mouth
