UPDATE: The 36v charging cube failed about 6 months after purchase. I've contacted the vendor and they quickly replied and confirmed warranty replacement - now waiting to see if a replacement charger is provided.UPDATE 2: Replacement charging cube received and it works. This ebike had been trouble free otherwise.Bike arrived early from the vendor, well packed and undamaged. Assembly was easy, and was exactly as shown in the video provided in this ad. Wrenches are provided, but you'll need a pair of pliers to tighten the front wheel nuts, and a Phillips screwdriver to attach the bell and reflector. The components are inexpensive, but seem sturdy. The frame is solid and the latches are good quality. Everything fits together well. Minor adjustment of the front brake and air in the tires was all that was needed to get on the road.On the road, this bike performs quite well. I'm 6' 2" and over 200 lbs and this bike fits me, and the motor has no problem moving me and the bike along at a good pace. The front and rear disc brakes work well, and aren't noisy! More than adequate seat and handlebar height. Smooth ride with the front and rear suspension and large diameter tires. The take-off with pedal assist is smooth and gradual to speed - nothing unnerving. Battery life is good - the l longest ride I've made is about 22 miles and I had about 50% battery life left at the end.Here's what isn't ideal (IMO). The three levels of pedal assist are each one speed - ramping up to full on or off. It's not the motor assisting your variable rate of pedaling, but you pedaling to keep pace with the motor. And on level ground or just slight inclines, level 2 or 3 will be faster than you care to pedal (even in the highest gear) - you're just moving the pedals to keep the motor running. On steeper uphills, with more load, the gearing and motor are a good match. So, for me, the level 0 twist throttle and pedaling is the best option - as it allows me to vary the motor assist to match my pedaling.I've ridden it four or five times now and it's holding up quite well. I really enjoy it, and it will be great for trips to national parks and such - which is why my wife and I got ebikes. I have no regrets about this purchase.

The drive shaft did not work. I reached out to seller who offered me a $20 gift card for problem but did not want to help resolve issue.

worked fine for 3 months and then stopped working. After 5 hours of testing wiring and battery it will not charge or work

Seat a little to firm but it is a dirt bike so it's not ment for sitting long periods

I got it and got it to work. It rides nice and smooth.4/6/2022 Update.I had to put the cable ties on the pole for the back seat and the pole for the handle because they kept sliding down. At the time I was 185lbs so that ought to tell ya something. I had to buy Allen Keys size 8 or more for the crank handle because my pedal fell off while riding. I also bought a speedometer from eBay because this one doesn't come with one. It goes fast when pedaling but you gotta have tools for if the pedals fall off. The brakes are pretty good though, I'll give it that much.
