Great gloves been using for years.
I typically buy about 3 pairs a year. Use them for EVERYTHING it seems. Saved my hands many times from splinters in wood and even nicked with a table saw when I was trying to do something stupid and close and... got the glove but not my finger.for gardening or pretty much anything I do I put them on out of habit and my hands and nails stay in good shape. Why 3 per year? Because they will wear out and I think when planting or around wet stuff doesn't help.. neither does staining wood or glue on PVC pipes, but... not on my hands. Once they get holes in usually a finger tip or two I just replace them. At $20 for a XXL size glove they actually fit my large hands as it is hard to find decent gloves large enough that are too tight and hurt.Think about a golf glove that is too tight... I have actually used these to play golf and... they worked for that on a cold day to... Shot a 78, so it must have been the gloves vs. using only one 'Foot Joy' glove that I need to wear a few times before they stretch out enough. Or the clubs as it sure isn't me :-)

Great dexterity!
X-Large size fits my meat like hands very well! Great dexterity, can pick up coins off the bench. Would be nice if they had a finger pad to work the phone.

My go-to outdoor work gloves!
I like to wear gloves when I work around the house. Period. They keep my hands from getting cut up and bruise. Also, they provide vital protection when you stick your fingers in places where there might be not-so-nice critters lurking. These are great. The fit is spot on, and they conform well to the contour of my hand leaving my fingers free and allowing for maximum dexterity.I recommend these highly. This is the second pair for me. The first I used for YEARS before they finally got so tattered I had to retire them. A good quality work glove for the price!

Good value work gloves
These are good gloves for the price. I used these as I was working with wood, drills, screws, etc. While the gloves got chewed up a bit they did protect my fingers from getting chewed up. I would buy these again.

Awesome gloves!!
Mechanix gloves never disappoint. They live up to whatever task I put them through. Had to buy this pair only because I had to retire my old pair after 10 years.

Not a Pack of Two
The description said it was a pack of two but only one pair arrived. I will be returning.

Meh.....
Not even good shop gloves. They fell apart quite quickly. Moved to M-pact series, then the "180 cut".series ..all were poor in durability category.

Gloves you'll actually WANT to wear...
I just ordered a replacement pair of these because I like them so much. That may sound like a bad thing, but you must first understand I've had the first pair for many years and I used them for a TON of different things, some of which were probably a bit more than "light duty". These are by far the best gloves I've ever had. These are not gardening gloves, nor are they heavy machinery gloves, so they would probably fall apart pretty quickly under such conditions. But they're the perfect "do everything else" gloves to protect your hands during such activities as electrical work, working with power tools, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Their tight fit and maximum dexterity make them quite cozy to wear, thus I find myself reaching for them when I should, as opposed to dreading putting them on. I love using them when doing electrical work such as replacing receptacles or switches. Just in case the power isn't off for some reason, they're another line of defense. The other day I was swapping out a bad receptacle and was trying to figure out why I was feeling a slight itch in my left hand. Turns out the power was on and my finger (with the gloves on) was laying across both contacts! That most definitely would have felt a lot worse without the gloves on. Bottom line: you will not regret buying these gloves. Just make sure you find the right size by trying them on in a store first.

The first pair had so much use, I'm now on my 2nd pair
Love these gloves and use them for outside chores - mainly gardening. Really comfy and my first pair lasted about 2 years before holes started to appear in the fingers so I bought another pair. They're nice and snug but not too difficult to get on and off and pretty grippy. They aren't specific gardening gloves so this isn't a complaint, just an FYI - they aren't thick enough to protect against brambles - we have some pretty established ones and I still swear a fair but when trying to remove them whilst wearing these gloves.
