This is a good looking case, all the ports seal up nicely to give it a waterproof quality. If you don't press in the tabs nice and tight you may get a few drops of water that will sneak in if you fully submerge it in water, which is more of a user error than anything.The only downside of this case is that people tell me my sound is echoing when they call, if I take the case off I don't have that issue. The safety and peace of mine that this case offers is, in my opinion, well worth the slight ehoching sound that people complain of.Speaking of safety and peace of mind this case has protected my phone from numerous drops, including screen flat down drops. You may need to replace this case after a while if the screen sustains too much scratching, otherwise your camera can get blurry.The case is slim, making it easy to hold and slide into your pocket, and the colors are nice. The price point is perfect for the amount of protection offered. Oh and I love the handle string that comes with it. Fun fact: my phone flew in the river because I was swinging it around joyously while crossing a rope bridge. This case saved it from my carelessness.The only other things I can think of to mention is that putting the case on is easy, just make sure your screen is clean and don't touch the inside the screen protector before attaching it to your phone. You don't want to mark up the fingerprint reader or get lint or whatever on the screen before you seal it together. I haven't had any issues with the fingerprint reader, it works well for me. Also, taking the screen off can be a little tricky because it seals so tight together.

I've been waiting and looking for a full coverage case for the S10+ since it came out. All the reviews I ever read were half coverage with a front face plate with no built in screen protector, had a hole cut out for the thumb reader, or the thumb reader didn't work. Finally I found this case, and after reading the reviews I wanted to give it a shot especially after loving my Sup Case for my s8.This thing is legit the best case out there especially for the price. I've only had it for 2 hours now, but love it. The case doesn't mess with the camera and the wide angle (something I've read on numerous cases), I haven't experienced any issues with the reader, has no clarity issues with calls, and I love love love that it has a clear back to show off my phone.Was a very tight squeeze to get the phone in (which I appreciate because it feels extra sturdy and protected). All in all, overly satisfied- this is the only case I will use while I have this phone. I would recommend it to anyone with an S10+ who's been looking for a real fill coverage case with built in protector.A++

This case is very nice with edge to edge protection, even when the phone falls the indented edges are perfect falls on flat surface, the included wrist band is also useful for extra protection on accidental drops that may be caused. Waterproof was tested and perfectly maintained the inner case to be dry!Cons:1. The screen can be really hard to type on which can cause you to type a little hard and precise, but on the latest phone update you can activate "Touch Sensitivity" which increases touch sensitivity with a screen protector on.2. Make sure when you take your case off, place the screen with the fingerprint sensor in a dry/dust free area which may interfere with the ultrasonic sensor. Another thing I have experienced is that when the case was off and reinstalled it once again, the fingerprint sensor couldn't read anything, so I had to reset it again in the settings and tested out the theory again and after the reinstall, I didn't need to reset it again. Maybe it will going out on your favor.

This case is tough and waterproof. I've had it in my pool taking pictures of a leak underwater. Seems to be water tight to 8ft. I am also a heavy equipment mechanic so my phone has been dropped off of loaders and excvators and has stayed protected. I purchased this case a few months ago. Dropped it off a loader and ended up putting a tear into the screen protector. Its not waterproof anymore!! I don't use the figerprint reader so I can't speak of that, but the screen does get exposed to dirt, grime, and petroleum fluids (hydraulic, engine oil, diesel fuel, etc). This leads to the screen getting scratched up, especially when I put in my pocket. Its to be expected. I had an Otter box Defender before this one. My coffee cup fell over on the counter with the phone sitting next to it. The lid ended up smashing the screen because there wasn't any raised edge protection. This case solved that problem. I'm ordering another one because of the torn screen. Well worth the money in my estimation!!

Aesthetically the case is nice. Touch works great, calls are clear. All cameras function properly, including wide angle.*It's important to note that I do note use fingerprint function so I can't comment on its capabilities there. I've had a couple of these kinds of cases over the last 5 years and this one doesn't hold up. The plastic inner has come apart from the outer shockproof material and I cant take my phone out of the case for fear of breaking the case. The outer shockproof material is oddly gummy and comes off easily. Buttons on the side are already starting to come off too. I'm also not super trusting of this cases ability to actually keep water out. It's never been submerged to test it. It's protected against spills, but I think that's all I'd trust it for. If you're looking for something to take for outdoor activities, I don't recommend this one.**update**After reviewing- the case further fell apart. The lock button detatched and broke off, making it impossible to lock the screen. Then the bottom material began detaching from the screen protector plastic portion of the case. Really wish I had better to say but with gentle use this phone case is not held up. Cannot recommend.

I am giving this product a five star strictly on the Customer Service provided. I purchased this case for my new S10+ after my previous phone bricked. I tested this case and evaluated it for a day or so and found it was not for me in terms of what I was looking for. Overall this case is still good especially for the price compared to other full protection cases. I decided to return the case and contacted the Seller. They were fantastic and responded immediately and gave me a full refund. Again, outstanding Customer Service, thank you!
