This is a OEM GM part. resolved my issue and the price on amazon was a fraction of what my mechanic quoted me.

Did not work at all
I had originally diagnosed the problem with my car correctly. When I installed this and had the same problem, I checked other things, but the car still ran rough after it warmed up. Yesterday, on a hunch, I pulled the idle air control valve. I was stuck in the open position, and the end was loose. It was causing the car to run lean, to which the PCM was dumping fuel into the engine. It looks as though it never worked.

Seems to work like OEM
In terms of function, it seems to work the same as the Denso version. For the price difference, it was worth trying. No issues after 2,000 miles.
