アルタイト材質:スチール・アルミメッキ、購入する際焼くときの説明文なし、一度から焼きをしてから使用することを記入していませんでした。スチール製は熱伝導率が悪くて温度を高めにしてから焼かないと、また焼き時間も長くしないと底上げの状態になってしまいます。アルミのシホンケーキ型より焼き方が難しいです。初心者用には向きません。
