¡Vamos! Let’s Go Eat

My kiddo loved pouring over the art and practicing Spanish in this book about food and wrestlers. Raul’s art and story about Little Lobo are a glimpse into a rich world worth exploring.

My kid loved the Mercado book and this one kept the fun going at the same level. Kind of unreal. Raúl The Third has created some impressive children's books. At first, I was overwhelmed because there's so much going on. But, my kid wasn't, as each time you read it, you find something new to talk about. You can tell the author and the illustrator, Elaine Bay, put their heart into these books. There are pages where every nook and cranny has something interesting to explore. And then there are pages where the action is focused, driving the story forward. It's well-balanced and so fun to read each time. This one is a must have. We get hungry everytime we read it.

Got the original for my daughter, so I obviously needed the sequel. She loved it as a birthday gift! The pictures really hold her attention and the story is quite fun

The illustrations are very beautiful, fun, vibrant and done with care. You can tell Raul the IIIrd and company put a lot of work into these. We loved the other book Let's Go to the Market and this one steps things up. Kookie Dookie pecking holes in the tortilla made us laugh.

Love the illustrations in this book! So much to check out and immerse little minds in. My son is half Mexican so it’s really cool to have a book that represents Mexican culture whilst still being accessible to children. There’s also lots of Spanish words to practice, which fit in without it feeling like a lesson.I highly recommend both books by this artist and author.
