Q: Is the rechargeable battery replaceable or does the toothbrush become useless once it finally dies out?

Hey the battery for this brush can last for up to 2 years. It is removable for recycling but it is not replaceable when it does die. However we're sure that you will be very happy for the time that you do have it.

Q: How do you play music while you brush?

To play music while you brush, please click on profile settings, scroll down to guided brushing settings near the bottom. Under our sounds option you can select your personal hum-azing music to play during your guided brushing session!

Q: You can earn points from the app? What can you get with the points?

Yes! That is absolutely right, every time you brush you can earn smile points. These points will accumulate towards another hum toothbrush, and replacement brush heads!

Q: Why would you not make a cap for this? No one wants to take the brush head off after every use to use the travel case. What an unsanitary oversight!

I use the travel case as the cap for my toothbrush. You can buy a cheap toothbrush holder from any store to use as a cap.
