Q: What is its load capacity?

Not sure where Sergeant Wombat got 800 lbs. No we're on the Amazon page does it give that info. Researching online at Maxxhaul, it only had a very similar model with 500 lb capacity. This model number (50241) is not shown on their pages.

Q: How does this install if you have a bed liner?

I have a bed liner and it was no problem. They work a lot like a c clamp.

Q: What is the height of the rack?

The correct height is 26 5/8 from base of the rack to the top.
