These drink cups look lovely and feel lovely, but unfortunately for me that's where the niceties end. It is difficult to drink from the opening without spilling contents down your top. Doesn't stay hot as long as quoted on the listing and too fiddly to get inner rubber seal to fit into place, then the added unnecessary strainer in the lid as well, overall, too fiddly, too many nooks and crannies to be washed or could leave potential areas for bacteria to build up etc. Overall, in my opinion just not suitable for intended purpose. I ordered based on other buyer's reviews but unfortunately, I couldn't match other customers' experience and just found these cups impractical. I had ordered one in white and one in black, so I had one for tea and one for coffee but returned them both. Based on my experience I do not recommend these drink cups.

I used this cup about five times and after 5 washing ( hand wash) the silicone ring have been dislocated . I have tried to place it again in the initial position but it was impossible to fit it again.Otherwise, It was really good cup to use during the short time I have been using it. It really keep the drink hot for very long time and it does leak. Also it’s great to hold in hand while you are taking transport and you need to run after trains. But I am a bit disappointed that it didn’t last longer.

When I got this through the post I was super excited to use this as I have read alot of good reviews on this. When ppl say it doesn't leak... IT DOESNT!! I have tested this out turning the cup upside down and nothing comes out!!! It also keeps your hot drinks hot for ages too!

Great little cup, definitely doesn't leak which is very rare to find even when they say leak proof! Only down side is after washing it a few times the mouth piece tastes like washing up liquid, it's like it's clung to the rubber part so now when I take a drink it tastes vile. Tried soaking it numerous times but unfortunately still tastes like it. Shame really as it was a great cup till that point

I really liked this at first. Kept my drinks hot for a really long time and wouldn’t leak. However after two months of use the lid cracked and resulted in leaks. The main body of the mug is really good but the lid isn’t particularly robust.

So pleased with it. I can make coffee at home and join friends with it being still hot. I use it every day
