Delivered fast. Very basic description of numerous WODs. Not much more too it but exactly as advertised. Great quick reference.

This book is exactly what it says it is. Could have used more space for notes but other than that it's handy.

This isn't the book I thought I was buying. Am I able to return it for credits so I can get the book I am after?

I love the book, the pictures in the wads are awesome.

Venía en perfecto estado. Muy buen libro para Crossfiteros, nunca está de más tenerlo a mano. Si haces Crossfit te gustará.Están todos los Heroes, Girls y los Opens desde el 2011 hasta el 2016 Incluido.Podría mejorar si en todos los wods apreciera el peso de los ejercicios de los hombres y mujeres y de lb y kg, solo aparece en algunos, aunque lo puedes apuntar en notas, ya que debajo de cada Wod aparece este apartado.Recomendable.

Per i malati di CrossFit un libro che contiene i principali W.O.D. di CrossFit, tra le Girls, gli Heroes e gli Open o i Games c'è davvero di tutto.

pagato euro 7,55 perché scontato, diversi errori nella impaginazione, wods che si potevano trovare on-line?, probabilmente si, ma il cartaceo ancora piace a molti.

It has no index, no exercises explanation, no valuable original content ... is just a bunch of wods public available in internet.Also the printing is poor ... most of the wod titles are cut (view picture)I'm going to return it right now
