It fits around my neck nice and easy now, and it's advisable to get USB battery pack. Or be VERY close to a USB port.Does work if u know how to use it.Hold the on/ off button for 5seconds to turn on press again 3 times to get the heat setting u want.The there r 3 settings: red is the hottest, greenish light: warm whilst the blue is the colder of the 2.Turn off, hold the on/ off button and press it for 5 seconds.It will stop after a while. Or the battery pack will die.It's not supposed to be used for permanent, longterm use. Short bursts is ideal. Best to seek help if u needing something stronger.I use this directly on my head where the pain is worst. Buy it, don't buy it but do read the instructions that comes with. Or get additional gadgets to help u use it better, and for u to get the max help out of it.

It's not very warm when on site how much help it is will be debatable

I wanted something to plug into my USB on my wheelchair that wouldn't be overly noticeable under my clothes and scarf.I have a pretty large neck, and because I broke my shoulder 15 years ago when it is cold outside, I am in agony after a while. This is helpful, it's a gentle warm heat that uses very little power that eases my pain.I particularly like the magnetic connection. If I catch the cable it simply disconnects rather than tugs on my neck.Although it is not easy to hide, you need a scarf or something similar. I'm delighted and it does the job.

Can't actually feel the heat while wearing unless you press it with your hand. Disappointed. Will return it if I can figure out how to do it. Now ordered a microwaveable heat pad as I know they work.

The cable is about a foot long; how your supposed to use it is beyond me, you would need an extension lead beside you and the connector is magnetic so if you move to quickly or hit off it at all it disconnects.Do not bye. Disappointed
