Q: Where am I supposed to put this little cat nip bag? Am I supposed to sprinkle it on the bristles or what ?

We suggest customers to sprinkle the catnip on bristles so that cats will get interested in bristles and start to rub the bristles.

Q: It says to upgrade to a 12 inch brush for large cats, yet there is no option to upgrade?

Mine is big enough for our large cat.Also,cat can sit & brush without going into brush open area.Good item.

Q: What to do with the 2 brown plugs - do they go on the bottom? Picture totally inadequate.

Please insert the brush through the base and then push in plugs at the end of brush.

Q: Now to keep the "mouse" from falling out - there is no apparent attachment!???

In the one I have, the mouse is attached to a spring that fastens into the base. It isn't loose. Could your set have been damaged?
