yes--front and back pockets are real. Front pockets are a little deeper. Pants arrive with pockets stitched shut but easily opened if desired. These pants have more structure than other Briggs pants -- they're my go-to pants for the office.

I’m 5’7.5” they are long enough for me - I like them a bit long. I would think they’d be ankle-length in a slightly taller person. Comfy pants - nice fit. I’m contemplating buying another in the grey. Good luck.
