Its a Glass Nail Filer
You get what you pay for. A lot of the other reviews were concerned about the thickness of the file, but it’s thin enough to me to get under my nail. I also use this on my babys nails. Other than feeling like I’m rubbing my nail against a chalkboard it gets the job done.
