Q: Will this fit a 2022 Trailblazer RS

YES! I put them on my 2022 RS without a problem. I did not even have to use all the screws that were provided. The holes lined up with existing screws, so I just removed existing screws, put the guard in place and reinserted the screws. On the front there was one extra hole in the guard that did not line up with an existing screw. Two lined up. I almost didn't bother with the third hole. But I started to drill, very slightly where the third hole was, on the car (not deep, just 1/8 of an inch. Then screwed in using one of the screws provided. On the rear the screw holes lined up. In one instance on the rear you remove a bolt from the bottom of car, hold guard in place and reinsert the bolt, in addition to the screw holes provided. ALL very easy and not complicated. Been 3 months and they have been perfect.

Absolutely!! I put them on my 2022 TB RS. They provide the screws/bolts too although I did not use them. The holes line up perfectly to where there are existing screws in the wheel wells. I removed the screws, held the flap in place and put the screws back in. Now there are 2 changes though. There was one hole on the front flaps where there was no existing screw. It was on fairly tight without it, but I took a small drill, put a pilot hole in place in the wheel well, and screwed it in using the screw that cam with flaps. This was in August of 2021 and they are still, after a lot of winter driving in snow and slop, tight as ever. Now in the back you do the same in the wheel well. But one of the holes in the flaps, wraps under the wheel well and lines up with an existing bolt (not a screw). I removed the bolt, held flap in place put bolt back in. This required getting on the car a little, laying on the floor, but no need to jack up car or anything.

Q: Will these fit my Trailblazer Activ? 🤔

They should. I have a 2022 Trailblazer LT and the body style is no different from the Activ model. These fit perfectly on my LT.
