It's the best I've tried thus far, but I must believe there is a better one available! If there were more fill in it, it might be what I'm looking for, but for now, I must depress the ends to force the packed material to the center so that it will hold my head in the position I desire. Sometime during the night, I awaken and must readjust the pillow - depress the ends and cause the fill to move to the center of the pillow.Exterior material is of the quality I would expect.

I have a bad neck with nerve damage from surgery. I have suffered for years with my neck. I have tried everything...physical therapy, acupuncture & so much more. I have only had my pillow a week but what a great week of sleep it has been. No I am not suddenly pain free or healed BUT I am sleeping and that does so much to help my day!

I wanted to really like this pillow and it was good for about a month, but then my neck started hurting from the pillow losing it's shape. I am sure that if I wash it and put it in the dryer it will regain some of it's fluff. It is also very hot. I live in AZ and it can be very difficult to sleep due to the heat, so having a pillow that holds in all of your body heat really sucks.

I fell in love with this pillow the first night i slept on it. However it's only been about 3 weeks and my pillow has deflated. It's pretty flat now, atleast for my neck. I am pretty disappointed! I have tried putting the pillow inside of a dryer for 15 minutes a few times and certainly it will poof up for a little while, and will eventually shrink and revert to being flat again. Idk what to do with it. I don't want to return it, but i really don't know what to do with a flat pillow.

I sleep very well on this pillow. It is on the firmer side, which is exactly what I was looking for. Shapes well to my head, and adjusts pretty quickly after changing positions. I would order it again. If you're worried about smell, it was unnoticeable after 3 days of airing it out.

I bought this pillow for myself but unfortunately it was taken from me a week later by my sweet husband. My new one will be delivered tomorrow and I cannot wait. These pillows are packed very small but when you follow the directions they fluff up nicely. I fluffed mine in the dryer with a dryer sheet for a 40 minutes on very low and it came out perfect. Not only are they husband approved but they are dog approved also.

This has been a life saver! Helped with all my shoulder and neck pain which is now non-existent. Also reduces the pressure or headaches I got with normal pillows. Definitely recommend because I can't live without it!

When I received the pillow I was concerned because it was bigger than expected and very heavy. I followed directions and placed in dryer to fluff. It has far exceeded my expectations for several nights of great sleep and reduced my neck pain by 80%
