This stuff works great! I use 5 pumps, 2 0z milk, and three oz of torani chocalate syrup, and I am a very happy person! I put my new bottle in the fridge and quickly ordered another bottle, from another seller. This seller ran there price up $11, right after I purchased this from them, so I purchased from another seller, who had a less expensive bottle. I won't pay $61 for this item! I think it would be cheaper to buy it at Starbucks at that point!

I was so excited for this. It was so easy to use, seemed a great value, and then.... no bittersweet flavor. It is more like milk chocolate than dark or even semi or bittersweet. I even heated it up in the microwave before adding my coffee. Alas, still not what it claims to be. This is not what Starbucks uses, so just know that. It will be good on ice cream and I will continue to use it in my coffee drinks, but I will not buy it again.

This syrup is better tasting than something like Hershey's, but I don't think it's the syrup Starbucks actually uses. The biggest difference is that this syrup is very, very sweet, much more so than Starbucks. If you're looking for a mixer that your kids will like, this is it. If you prefer a more bitter mocha or hot chocolate, you'll be disappointed with this.

I expected to use this more than for just 4 1/2 months. I paid a pretty hefty price for an item that only has this much shelf life! I would like a prorated refund or maybe I’ll just return it.

I don't know if this is the exact syrup Starbucks uses, but it tastes REALLY similar if not. Wish it didn't use corn syrup, but it tastes better than several high quality mocha syrups I've tried.
