Waiting for High Tide

My granddaughter wasn't enthusiastic about this book. She lives on the east coast and comes to visit me on Puget Sound, the setting of this children's book. I thought she might be interested in doing what the child in the book did. Maybe later

I grew up in the PNW and my kids now visit my parents and walk to the beach. These beautiful illustrations capture the wonder and life that is in Seattle's Puget Sound and all the fun things you can find washed up by the ocean. I highly recommend this!

It's a delightful book with great information about the tides and the creatures of the beach. A perfect tool for teaching folks. Nikki's paper cuts are spectacular, such an artist. Such an eye. Thanks for this amazing book.

everything this gal does is worthwhile.
