My wife and I love this speaker. There's no lag like my other Bluetooth speaker has, and they include all the wiring for connection and charging. I had a small glitch - a wiring short or similar - so I emailed their support site. Within 1 business day, and in good English, I received a response. They matter was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Finally, the music sounds great. A product I definitely recommend!

Excellent sound, lots of volume, easy to set up. I would recommend this. If you turn the TV volume below 4 we had the speaker sometimes go to sleep because it thought there was no signal even though we could hear it fine. Easy fix once we figured it out

Ich bin begeistert. Seit langem störte mich der (für mich) sehr laute Ton, wenn mein Mann Fernsehen schaut. Nun stellt er den Simolio neben sich - und hat den Ton so leise, dass es mir manchmal fast zu leise ist ;-))Mit dem Ton von Sendungen, in denen überwiegend gesprochen wird, ist er sehr zufrieden.Wie es bei Musiksendungen ist, hat er noch nicht ausprobiert.Ich finde es sehr praktisch, dass es für den Lautsprecher ein zweites Ladegerät gibt - auch wenn wir das im Moment nicht nutzen.Zur Akkulaufzeit kann ich nur soviel sagen: für einen Fernsehabend nach 20 Uhr bis Mitternacht reicht der Akku dicke.Die Umstellung an unserem schon recht alten Philips hab ich nur mit Hilfe der Hotline geschafft, weil die Menüpunkte ganz anders heißen als in der Anleitung. Aber mit Hilfe gings ganz fix.Fernbedienung hat das Gerät nicht - wir brauchen die auch nicht - es steht ja in Reichweite, wenns in Aktion ist.

This speaker was easy to set-up and works well placed on my bedside cabinet. I Suffer with Tinnitus so this bluetooth speaker is a welcomed unit for me to use at nights. With the volume setting low the audio is clear with no sound delayed or interference during use. It turns offinto standby if signal received from the tv so you need to switch the volume control off/on to reset the sound. I recommend this portable speaker because it works well for me.

Enceinte sans fil pour TV sans Bluetooth de très bonne qualité. Achetée pour personne âgée et ravie de cet achat. Utilisation ultra simple, son clair ( 3 réglages - aigu, équilibré et grave) et puissant si nécessaire (réglage directement sur l'enceinte avec un unique gros bouton en façade). Légère, bonne autonomie, possibilité de brancher un casque dessus (fourni).Toute la connectique est fournie et aussi un 2ème chargeur pour alimenter/recharger directement l'enceinte sans passer par son support (déporté car branché sur la télé).Je recommande ce produit sans hésitation.Je veux aussi signaler que le service clients Simolio est top !Joignable facilement, cordiaux, ils répondent aux messages rapidement et font tout leur possible pour satisfaire leurs clients.J'ai du les contacter une 1ère fois en février 2023 pour un problème de batterie, et ils m'en ont envoyé une très rapidement sans aucune difficulté.Ma 2ème requête ce mois ci car l'enceinte était en panne (selon les informations de ma mère et ne pouvait plus s'en servir). Par prévention et avoir une batterie au cas où, ils m'en ont envoyé une autre tout aussi rapidement que la 1ère fois. Finalement le soucis venait du câble audio entre l'embase et la télévision.En conclusion, Service Clients exemplaire que l'on aimerait retrouver chez tous les vendeurs !!!
