I tried these on a trip to Utah and fell in love with the flavor. These are pretty easy to open and eat, which makes them easy to travel also.I'll be reordering soon.

I have gastroparesis and was really hoping these smoothie pouches would be an option for long road trips. Unfortunately, the taste and texture are both REALLY awful.The smoothie tastes too sweet although there is no added sugar...at at the same time, I can taste some of the vitamins. I don't know if everyone would though, as I have a discerning palate. The color is extremely unappetizing, too, and the smoothie is too thick. I don't think I could even add it in to anything without ruining whatever this gets put in. These smoothies to me are honestly just about impossible to get down, I dislike them so much. I was hoping I'd acquire the taste, but I threw all the rest of the smoothies away in a few days. A real waste of money since they cost too much to start with for the small amount of protein and other nutrients that you get.I learned from my nutritionist that you need to eat/drink at least 14% of whatever it is that you need on the nutrition label to get an amount that your body needs. This smoothie has only 5% protein, which does not do it for me. You may want to read the nutrition label for yourself. Only 4 ingredients in this smoothie pouch has above 14% daily value included in the pouch. (I posted a pic for you.)I will not buy the superfood smoothie pouches again. I do not recommend them at all. I have eaten all kinds of foods and drinks from many cultures. I've had all sorts of food and drinks concoctions and am currently vegetarian. I am open to new tastes. But this smoothie is in the top 5 worst things I have ever tasted. If you must try these, get one from a brick and mortar store first to see if you like it.Bottom line: 1 Star. NOT recommended.

Wonderful stuff! Great for children AND adults alike! Especially good for invalids, the elderly, or post-op patients. I *highly* recommend it.

I have purchased this product on a frequent basis. I liked the fact, I could have seemingly healthy product to drink with all fruits and fiber while convenience. Then, I stopped buying because the product didn’t seem the same - it didn’t seemed to be a pure smoothie based on how it made me feel after drinking one.I just recently purchased again, and no change on how it made me feel. I have questioned the product quality - Is being processed with dyes and fillers instead of being all organic products as it claims?
