Light, comfortable, cool
Super lightweight, and the webbing that supports the seat back doubles as an over-shoulder carrying strap when the seat is folded. The seats are comfortable and attach to bleacher well. The hook folds up but is not flush or recessed so the seat rocks just a bit when it can’t be hooked (like on the plastic pullout gym bleachers). But when you’re seated, it’s weighted and stable so this is only a minor inconvenience. An under-recognized aspect of this seat is the mesh back. These outdoor summer events are HOT so the mesh back and the air circulation under the canvas bottom are good features.

Straight back. Not adjustable.
The strap has to be at full extension to be in the straight position. There isn't any slack to allow for any reclining at all.

Purchased seat for an Old Town sit-in kayak.
The seat works well in our Old Town sit-in kayak & definitely helps with discomfort causing back pain. Would recommend this seat for kayaks if you are also experiencing discomfort and back pain due to lack of support with standard kayak seat/cushion.
