Laptop is restarting on its own
The Dell Inspiron delivered to me is not working properly . While using the devise , it will get switched off automatically and restart again . Im loosing all my unsaved works due to this problem .I tried to return this item but i couldn't find any return option with Amazon .

Quit working after 30 hours of owning!
I have no idea of battery life touch screen. It quit working in only 30 short hours of owership

Don't do updates
Purchased in August 2021 received by Sept. Purposely kept pushing off the Windows update due to know issues but we all know how long that works. After I had to do the update and had no further choice it updated and never worked again. Currently a paper weight. Bought the extra warrenty now been a week since contacted seller and Amazon and got no where even after Amazon insisted they would follow up with me.

Have to force shut down to boot up
After shut down; try to boot up and won’t, have to force shutdown to boot up, not happy

Keyboard Backlight Option
In the description they mentioned that the laptop did have a backlight on the keyboard when the laptop arrived it worked well but the backlight option was not there and I could not find a way to get it.
