I like that the red light switches are separate from the white LEDs. Being able to remove and replace the battery pack is s another plus. I bought this after my black diamond failed on a night hike. Worse it would not recharge properly with a powerbank None of these issues with this petzl. Easy to power on and off. Easy to power down. Even better remembers the settings preventing s blinding light when you are trying to preserve your night vision. I address the true night tactical, also allowing for a very low light settings.

I have only used this light 4-5 times and now I can't get the clear light to come on. Only the red light comes on then off right away. I have charged it and it still isn't working properly. I spent a lot of money for a light and would like to return it.I purchased this Petzl Headlamp for my husband to give me for Christmas.I have only used it 4 to 5 times. The headlamp is defective. It no longer lights up. When I turn it on, the red light will blink once and then go off. The bright light does not come on at all. Please let me know how to return for replacement. He gave e me Petzl's phone number and told me if Petzl didn't handle my problem that he would.

This headlamp is perfect for running at night or in the evening - I run with my dog in an area that is a mix of dense woods and open field, so the auto-dimming feature is great to have at dusk when the woods is very dark but the fields are still well lit. It also doubles as a sweat band keeping the sweat out of my eyes. The battery run time is superb and I have never felt like I needed "more light" - and this is coming from someone who is a lumen junkie.

This thing is amazing! It automatically adjusts the light intensity to what you need and is great for running trails at any time.

My husband is a long distance runner and with a new baby the only time he can really run is at night. We got this for him because it’s the most recommended on all serious running sites/magazines. It’s been a great help for keeping our family safe and sane.

Great headlamp! Recommend it for anyone who is running at night and wants to be seen or is out on the trail and doesn't want to run blindly into spider webs!

i use it for travels, and boy does it light. lights very bright and intense, charging is a plus (and you can get adapter for AA batteries). for outdoors this is the best

Ho acquistato questa lampada frontale dopo avere visto varie recensioni e prove su internet. Mi serviva una lampada di questo tipo per fare sport al buio, completamente al buio. La uso sull'argine du un fiume per andare con gli skiroll su una pista ciclabile. Con gli skiroll si viaggia mediamente a 15 km/h e la luce di questa lampada è più che sufficiente per vedere l'asfalto e notare anche i più piccoli sassi o rametti che potrebbero ostacolare lo sci. Utilizzo la modalità constant lightning che consente di avere un'illuminazione costante e livello di potenza MAX AUTONOMY che mi consente comunque di vedere e di utilizzare la lampada per almeno 12 ore prima di doverla ricaricare. La lampada ha un fascio luminoso ampio con una componente focalizzata, che consente di vedere bene tutta la ciclabile da destra a sinistra e con una parte centrale più luminosa con una visibilità maggiore. La fascia è ottima, comoda e la lampada stà bene al suo posto, però io la uso su un caschetto da ciclista e riesco a tenerla ferma con difficoltà.E' dotata di una batteria interna ricaricabile da 1800 mAh ed una potenza massima di illuminazione di 220 lumen.Al massimo illumina veramente fino a 60 metri come descritto nelle specifiche del prodotto.

Fakt 1: Ich kann mich den 2 Bewertungen davor nur anschließen - Amazon hat hier auch nur die 190 Lumen Version geschickt.Fakt 2: Dennoch ist das Produkt zum eigentlichen sehr ähnlich. Bis dato funktioniert alles. Sobald ich ausgiebig getestet habe werde ich meine Rezension überarbeiten.Update zu Fakt 2:Ich bin jetzt seit ca. 4 Wochen im Besitz dieser Stirnlampe von Petzl und kann nur sagen "WAU", klasse Produkt. Die Stirnlampe ist sehr angenehm beim tragen , rutscht nicht wenn man es mal lockerer trägt und macht ein echt super tolles Licht. Aktuell hat die Lampe ca. 1,5 Stunden Betriebszeit und der Akku leuchtet noch GRÜN - also Akku-Laufleistung ist bis dato top. Natürlich wird sich das mit der Zeit, den Ladungen und der Nutzung in der Winterzeit ändern, aber das interessiert mich nicht - es ist nun mal ein Gebrauchsgegenstand. Zur Bedienung kann man nur sagen "WEIL EINFACH EINFACH EINFACH IST" :) Bin echt zufrieden. Ich nutze quasi nur die "auto" Funktion und wurde sogar schon angesprochen was ich da für eine Lampe verwende. Alles was mir entgegen kommt wundert sich wieso die Lampe abdunkelt und sind davon total begeistert. Da ich nur im Wald laufe und ggf. bis zum Wald die 1,5 km an der Straße laufe ist das super. Im Wald muss ich sagen ist dieses intensive Licht einfach nur GEIL. Ich sehe die Wildschweine schon aus der Ferne und kann abschätzen ob ich daran vorbei "joggen" kann oder eher langsam tun sollte. Der Lichtkegel ist definitiv riesig und besser wie so ne 0-8-15 10-12€ Stirnlampe.Ich kann zum Kauf nur anraten wenn jemand bei guten Lichtverhältnissen laufen möchte oder jemand so wie ich im Winterurlaub auch mal Abends auf die Langläufer geht oder sogar Touren geht !!!Für Fakt 1 hat Amazon eigentlich nur 1 Stern verdient, weil Amazon trotz einer Vorbestellung hier den falschen Artikel geliefert hat und den richtigen nicht liefern kann, weil Sie nicht wissen wann VERKAUF und VERSAND durch Amazon wieder möglich ist - und mehr zahlen will und werde ich nicht. Aber das richtet sich nur gegen Amazon und ist nicht für das Produkt gedacht.Aber die Stirnlampe ist der absolute KNALLER - bin sehr zufrieden - daher 5 Sterne.
